The so called “kleine konditorei” is a bakery that sells excellent Franzbrötchen. You can find it at four different locations around the city, but I recommend (and only know) the one in Eimsbüttel. It’s just when you exit U-Bahn (U2) Lutherotstraße, in Osterstraße 176.
