Ingredients

  • 500 g oats
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g cashews
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g pecans
  • 25 g cacao nibs
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g dried apricots, cranberries (or whatever you like)
  • other seeds or nuts you like
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey (or a vegan alternative)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Chop the nuts, if desired.
  3. Mix all the ingredients (except the dried fruits, cacao nibs and chia seeds).
  4. Spread it on a baking sheet.
  5. Put it into the oven. Bake until the granola is golden brown.
  6. Let the granola cool. Add the dried fruits and chia seeds.
  7. Use it as a topping or enjoy it for breakfast.
