Ingredients
- 500 g oats
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g cashews
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g pecans
- 25 g cacao nibs
- 50 g chia seeds
- 50 g dried apricots, cranberries (or whatever you like)
- other seeds or nuts you like
- 2-3 teaspoons honey (or a vegan alternative)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Procedure
- Preheat the oven.
- Chop the nuts, if desired.
- Mix all the ingredients (except the dried fruits, cacao nibs and chia seeds).
- Spread it on a baking sheet.
- Put it into the oven. Bake until the granola is golden brown.
- Let the granola cool. Add the dried fruits and chia seeds.
- Use it as a topping or enjoy it for breakfast.
